Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1/This Valentine prize draw is open to those who are legally entitled to purchase alcoholic beverages, as regulated by the responsible regional authority of where they reside.
2/No purchase is necessary. If you chose not to submitted your entry online you have an equal chance of winning by sending (postal stamped) correspondence addressed to (tba)
3/The start date of the prize draw is the (tba). The closing date is 20th of January 2010.
4/To enter the prize draw entrants must submit an entry prior to the closing date.
5/Entries are limited to one per person.
6/Any entry which is incomplete, misplaced, lost, fraudulent or does not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
7/Proof of posting will not be deemed proof of delivery.
8/Employees of the crunchcarbonfootprint.co.uk enterprise and their families are excluded from the draw.
9/Within three weeks of the closing date a winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Then the winner will be notified by email within five working days.
10/The winner of the prize draw will receive a bottle of Dom Perignon.
11/The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
12/If for any reason the prize is unavailable; the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with one of similar value.
13/The prize winner may be required to participate in any after event publicity.
14/The prize winner hereby consent to the use of their name, location and photograph.
15/The name of the winner will be available to all on request by sending an email to the promoter within four weeks of the closing date to: request at crunchcarbonfootprint.co.uk
16/The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17/All entries to be submitted in English. Notice of other languages that become available for submission of entries will be posted here in the terms and conditions as and when they become available.
18/All entries agree to these terms and conditions.
19/The promoter agrees to offset 7500 kilograms of greenhouse gas for balancing the cost of the prize.
20/The promoter is crunchcarbonfootprint.co.uk, a grass roots development by the Elfin Garden partnership.
